WARM UP

  • TRX Body Saw x 15 reps
    Banded OHS x 12 reps
    Stability ball planks x 45 sec
    4 rounds

STRENGTH

  • Front Squat 5 x 5
    Build up to a heavy set and work there 15 min

CONDITIONING

  • Goblet Squats
    KB Swings
    Double unders x 2
    40-30-20-10
