  • TRX Inverted Row x 10
  • SB atomic crunch x 10 
  • BW squats x 10
  •      4 rounds 

STRENGTH 

  • Back squat x 5
  • Build as high as you can in 15 min

CONDITIONING 

  • 6 Rounds,
  • 40 sec Work/20 sec Rest and Rotate:
  • DB Push Press 45/20 
  • Burpees 
  • Double Unders
