WARM UP 

  • TRX body saw level 2&3 x 10
  • Slam balls x 10
  • Hanging leg raises x 10
  •     4 rounds 

STRENGTH 

  • Power clean x 3 (touch and go)
  • Build as high as you can in 10 min 

CONDITIONING 

  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
  • KB swings
  • Goblet squats
  • KB snatches (per arm)
  • Lunges w/ KB (per leg)
  • (Between each round run 200 meters)
