This is the last workout in this building. I have mixed emotions but am very excited for what the future holds. 

WARM UP 

  • TRX low row + bicep curls x 10 
  • Side plank x 30 sec ea side 
  • BW squats x 15 
  •    5 rounds 

COMDITIONING

  • 25 min AMRAP 
  • 5 power cleans 40/25 
  • 10 Turkish get ups (5 per arm)53/35
  • 15 KB swings 
  • 20 goblet squats 
  •   Rest 5 min 
  • 50-40-30-20-10 
  • Double under 
  • Sit ups.
