STRENGTH

  • Deadlift x 3 
  • EMOM x 8

CONDITIONING 

  • 1 min wall balls 
  • 1 min push ups 
  • 1 min KB High pulls 
  • 1 min burpees 
  • 1 min rest 
  •   4 rounds as many reps as possible per round 
  • 800 m run
