WARM UP 

  • TRX roll outs x 10
  • Foam roller plank x 45 sec 
  • 1 leg KB RDL x 5 ea leg 
  • 20 jumping jacks 
  •     4 rounds 

CONDITIONING 

  • Death by 
  •    5 burpees 5 KB swings
  •    5 BW squats 5 see the lights 
  •    6 lunges 5 knee to elbow 
  • *add 1 rep every minute 
  • Finish w 800m run
