  •    5 rounds 

STRENGTH

  • Lunges x 3 ea leg 
  • EMOM 10 min 
  •     Build in weight 

CONDITIONING 

  • AMRAP 20 Minutes:
  • 8 Knees to Elbows
  • 10 Wall Ball 30/20
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 14 push ups/7 hspu
