  • KB goblet squat x 10
  •    4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Push press x 3
  • Build up in 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 50 double Unders 
  • 40 BW squats 
  • 30 KB swings 
  • 20 push ups 
  • 10 KB clean and press 
  •    3 rounds
