  • SB plank x 30
  • L sits x failure
  •    4 rounds 

Conditioning 

  • 30 min amrap 
  • 1st min- 100 m sprint 
  • 2nd – v-ups
  • 3rd- jumping squats w mb 
  • 4th- KB swings 53/35
  • 5th- DB push press 45/20
