  • SB glute bridge x 10
  •   4 rounds 

Strength

  • Front squat 5×5

Conditioning

  • 25 Burpees
  • 200 yard Lunges
  • Then
  • 5 Rounds:
  • -15 push press 40/25
  • -100m MB Ball run
  • Then
  • 25 Burpee
  • 400m Run
