  • Goblet squat hold 30 sec 
  •    4 rounds 

Strength

  • Hang clean x 3 
  • EMOM 7 min build in weight 

Conditioning 

  • 25 minute amrap 
  • 25 hang power cleans 50/25
  • 25 wall balls
  • 25 pull ups
  • 25 STOH
  • 25 burpees over bar
