  • MB 1 leg RDL x 5 ea leg 
  • BW squats x 10
  •    4 rounds 

Strength

  • Back squat x 3
  •  EMOM 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • AMRAP 25 min 
  • 15 ohs 
  • 30 push ups
  • 60 double Unders
