  • SB plank x failure (hands on ball feet on the ground) 
  • 100 m run 

Strength 

  • Hang power clean x 2 
  • EMOM 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 4 rounds 
  • 10 TRX push ups
  • 15 pull ups
  • 20 burpee hurdle jumps
  • 25 see the lights
