  • TRX ohs x 10
  • SB back extension x 10
  • 200 m run
  •   4 rounds 

Strength

  • Front squat x 3 
  • EMOM x 10 min 
  •    Build up in weight. Your last 5 sets should be at 90% 

Conditioning 

  • EMOM 17 min 
  • Odd 10 wall balls 10 push ups 
  • Even 10 kb SDLHP 10 sit ups
