Strength 

  • Deadlift 
  • Build to a 3 rep Max in 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 8 min AMAP
  • 5 squat cleans 60/35
  • 7 hr push ups
  • 6 min AMAP
  • Max pull ups
  • 4 min AMAP
  • Max double Unders 
  • 2 min AMAP 
  • Max burpees
