  • SB hamstring curls x 10
  • Slam ball twist + slam x 10

Strength

  • Push press 
  • Build as high as you can in 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • DB push press 
  • See the lights 
  • 500m row 
  • 1 min at each station 
  •     6 rounds
