This Saturday January 7th we will have a GOAL SETTING PARTY at 7am. We will have a fun partner workout, potluck, and put our goals onto the goal board. Take this week to put some thought into some things that you want to accomplish this year. We will put up a new whiteboard in the gym dedicated to your goals and progress. Come ready to have fun with the gym fam and set some awesome health and fitness goals for 2017.

Warm up 

  • TRX squat jump x 10
  • SB atomic crunch x 10
  • KB jacks x 10 
  •    4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Pause front squat x 2 (5 sec hold in the bottom)
  • EMOTM 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 50-40-30-20-10 
  • Wall balls 
  • Double Unders
