Warm up 

  • TRX pikes x 10 
  • SB roll outs x 10 
  • 100 m run
  •      4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Power cleans 3×5, 3×1

Conditioning 

  • 12 min EMOTM 
  • Even- 30 sec hand stand hold/ plank hold 
  • Odd- 10 HSPU/push ups 
  • Then,
  • 10 min EMOTM 
  • Even-10 burpees
  • Odd- 10 box jump overs
