  • Kb squat hold 30 sec 
  • MB slam x 10
  •   4 rounds 

Strength

  • Pausing front squats 5×5 (5 sec hold)

Conditioning 

  • EMOM 20 min 
  • Odd 3 cleans 60/35
  • Even 10 burpees
