  • Kb deadlift x 10
  • 100 m run 
  • 4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Deadlift x 3
  • 10 min build to a 3rm 

Conditioning 

  • 4rft
  • 10 double kb clean and press 
  • 20 box jump overs 
  • 30 burpees
