  • Mountain climbers x 10 ea
  • Side plank x 30sec ea 

Strength 

  • Front squats x 3
  • Build as high as you can in 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 1 min max push up s
  • 1 min max sit ups 
  • 1 min max be squats 
  • 1 min max kb swings 
  • 1 min max DB thrusters 
  •     5 rounds
