  •    5 rounds 

Strength 

  • Front squat 10 x 3 every 30 sec 

Conditioning 

  • Lunges x 40 steps 
  • V ups x 20
  • 10 burpees 
  •    4 rounds 
  • wall balls x 40
  • Sit ups x 20
  • Push ups x 10
  •    4 rounds
