  • SB hamstring curls x 10
  •   4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Push press x 2
  • Build as high as you can in 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 150 wall balls 
  • Every time the ball drops 
  • 5 burpees & 30 double Unders 

Bonus  

  • 800m run 
  • 50 v ups 
  • 30 strict leg raises
