  • TRX pike x 15
  • Kb goblet squat x 15
  • Groiners x 15 ea leg 
  •   4 rounds 

Conditioning 

  • Run 400m after each of the following for time:
  • 20 Alt DB Snatch 55/35 (20 ea arm)
  • 20 KB Swing 70/53
  • 20 Wall Ball 20/14
  • 20 Burpee hurdle hops
  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 20 Box Jumps 24/20″
  • 20 1arm DB Thrusters  55/35 (20ea arm)
