  • Glute bridges x 10
  • Slam balls x 10
  •   4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Front squats x 3 @80%
  • Heavy Kb swings x 5 
  • Emom 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 15 Min AMRAP
  • 2 Thrusters (70% 1RM push press)
  • 4 Box Jumps
  • 6 Kettlebell Swings
  • 8 Jumping Lunges ea leg
