  •    4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Deadlift 5×5

Conditioning 

  • 20 Min AMRAP
  • 2 Deadlift (80% 1RM)
  • 8 Box Jumps
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Medball Slams
