  • Sampson lunge x 10 steps
  • SB roll outs x 15
  •   4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Strict press 5×5

Conditioning 

  • 2 rounds 
  • in order as fast as possible:
  • 50 kb Front squat 53/35
  • 60 Box Jump
  • 60 ring/box Dips
  • 50 Pullups
  • 100 Walking Lunges
  • 150 Double Unders

Only one partner can work at a time.

Partners can break up reps between them as desired.
