Warm up 

  • Roll out 5 min 
  •    Then
  • TRX pikes x 15
  • Side planks x 30sec ea side 
  • Groiners x 20
  •    4 rounds 

Conditioning 

  • In teams of 2 complete each exercise starting at 2 reps and increasing by 2 reps each round for 20 mins. Each partner completes the same number of reps 2-4-6-8 etc. (double unders stay at 40 every round)
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Squat cleans 60/35
  • 40 Double Unders
