  • Mb slams x 10 
  • Candlestick levers x 5
  •    5 rounds 

Strength 

  • Front squat 10×3
  • Emom 

Conditioning 

  • 20 min amrap 
  • 5 chest to bar pull up 
  • 5 full cleans 70/50
  • Run 200 m
