  • Side plank x 30 sec ea 
  • Glute bridge x 10
  •   4 rounds 

Strength 

  • Ohs 5×5 build as high as you can I. 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
  • Box jump 
  • Front squat 
  •   Then 
  • 800m run
