Warm up 

  • Jump rope 8 min 
  • Every fail 10 hollow rocks, 10 v ups alternating 

Strength 

  • 3 deadlifts @ 85%
  • Strict pull ups till failure
  • Emom 7 min

Conditioning 

  • 20 min amrap
  • 8 hang power cleans 60/40
  • 8 front squats 60/40
  • 8 bar facing burpees
