  • Jump rope 10 min (every fail 5 bw squats, 5 push ups)

Strength 

  • TRX atomic pikes x 10
  • TRX rows x 10
  • Hollow rocks x 10
  •   Amap 10 min 

Conditioning 

  • 4 Rounds
  • Run 400m
  • 10 Deadlifts 80/60
  • 15 burpees 
  • 20 Box Jumps
