Strength

Take 20 min to build to DM

Squat clean + hang squat clean + jerk

Rest about 90 sec between sets
Conditioning

30 thrusters (60/40)

30 SDHP

30 push press

30 OHS

30 front squats

Top of every minute 4 burpees (start with burpees)
