    • A lot of you have been asking how you can get better at running. Although gains in cardiovascular fitness are inevitable through consistently training, significant gains can be made through increasing your running mechanics. Unfortunately making gains in running technique would munch up the majority of our  time. Check out this is a great video of how to improve your running mechanics. Try these when you have some time to focus on mechanics if you are trying to be a more efficient runner.
