Strength

  • Deadlift from risers x 3
  • EMOM 8 min build to DM

Conditioning

  • 3 rounds, at 100% effort:
    Run 200m
    20 Kettlebell Swings 70/53lbs
    10 See the lights
    10 Double KB front squats 53/35
    10 Burpees
    20 Kettlebell Swings 70/53lb
    Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
