  • every 90 sec for six rounds

Conditioning

  • 20 thrusters
  • 20 pull ups
  • 400m run
  • 50 double unders
  • 30 thrusters
  • 30 pull ups
  • 400m run
  • 50 double unders
  • 40 thrusters
  • 40 pull ups
    • 25 min cap
