Basic Leg Lowering Progressions

 

Warm Up

Strength

  • Deadlift
    • 1×8@60%
    • 1×8@62%
    • 2×8@64%
  • Hang Snatch
    • 1×2@69%
    • 1×2@71%
    • 3×2@73%

Conditioning

  • 50 Clusters @ 60% 1RM Push Press
  • at the top of every minute 3 Burpees

Cool Down

  • Roll Out (calves, low back, IT Bands, Quads)
  • 30 sec Plank Hold
  • 10 TRX Roll Outs
  • 10 Leg Lowering Alternating
    • 2 rounds
