Going to try something new. between every strength set I would like you guys to one corrective exercise. Today we will be doing lower body correctives, but as we progress will move into upper body correctives also. My goal is to get you stronger, yet more mobile and more stable. Come with an open mind and try hard. In the end my only focus is helping you live an active healthy life for years to come…… Do your correctives.

As a bonus check out this article on the benefits of sea salt. I have been playing with it for several months now and add Himalayan pink sea salt to my water. As an active person who sweats you should think about making your own “natural gatorade.” Adding this to your water could be a game changer. My recipe is listed below.

1 organic lemon squeezed

1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt

40 ounces of filtered water.

Bam natural gatorade, took me a week to get used to but give it a shot for your health.
