    Stability: Banded Hip Extension Lunge x 20 ea
    Dynamic Core: Hanging Leg Raise x 15
    Corrective Stretch: Bird Dog Holds x 30 sec holds

Strength

  • Deadlift 5×5@ 75%
    Floor Press 5×5@ 75%

Conditioning

  • 15-12-9-6-3
  • hang squat cleans
  • push ups
